How to set up team members page

Modified on Fri, 17 Feb, 2023 at 12:44 PM

The Team block displays a team member with a description, image and icons. You can display a team with their name, pictures, designation, social links etc.

The example below was set up in columns of 3, which seems to work best if you have lots of team members. So, first set up your columns using the columns block and drop a team block into each column. Good tip to ensure consistency is to set up one team block and once you're happy with the styling, copy or duplicate for each member.

Key Features

  • Option to add member name, designation, description and social links
  • Member Image Selection, Style and Positioning
  • Social links with icons
  • Spacing options for image, name, designation, description and social links
  • Color and typography setting for every element

Option to add member name, designation, description and social links

Team block allows adding description about the member. You can add all the information about members like name, designation, some words about the member. You can even set a nice picture. You can give a social profile links for each member.

Add a Columns Block with 3 columns

Place a Team block into the first column

Insert the team member's details and add a photo into the block general settings > layout

You may find it useful to duplicate your first team block to use as a template to replicate for your other members. Select duplicate from the team block control dropdown.

With the drag handles in the team block control (icon with 6 dots) grab the duplicated team block and drag into the next column. Then repeat for the other members.

Be sure to have only one team block in each column

If you stack more than one team block into the same column you will begin to see odd alignment issues. So, each row of team members should be in separate columns blocks.

To see the structure of your page and understand how each block fits into their parent blocks activate List View in your editor

You can also drag and drop blocks in the list view.
